Tom, you're known for getting involved at a very early stage with artists. Tell us about your latest signing(s) - which emerging talent(s) are you working with currently?

Tom Windish : I'm always fascinated when I hear something new that is unlike anything I've ever heard before. I'm always listening to a lot of different things. Some of the "lesser known" artists I'm excited about include Alix Page, Bartees Strange, Kills Birds, Emmett Mulrooney, Joesef, MARO, Thomas Headon, Junior Varsity and Working Men's Club.

Which up-and-coming artists live performances have impressed you recently?

Junior Varsity have been hosting these 3 show weekend events. They've done 3 shows in a weekend at three different locations with a variety of artists, generally at non-traditional venues, such as a skate park or random warehouses. And they've gotten a bunch of their friends in bands to play as well. They have been off the hook.

A track released by Wilder Records that you'd like to share with the community?

How about 'Fool' by Emmett Mulrooney? We just released this a few weeks ago. Emmett is 18 years old and lives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It's exciting to work with a young musician at the beginning of his career.
